Per Household Rate: As low as 67¢ per household.

Our rate is based upon selections you make such as the number of zip codes, dwelling type, certificate type, our community magnet and a few other options.

For a little more than a postage stamp we do everything:

• "Welcome New Neighbor" cover letter personalized to each new family
• Community Magnet:  Business logo, telephone & listing
• Gift certificate design & printing
• Acquisition of names of people indicating a change of address
• Envelopes and personalized addressing
• Insertion and postage
• Distribution through U.S. Postal Service
• Our Welcoming Surveys – distribution and reporting
• Loyalty Program (for 12 month sponsorships only)

Design & Art Set-up Fees:

• Gift Certificate – As low as $75 (one-time fee)
• Community Magnet – $20 per zip code (one-time fee)

Minimums:  No minimum distribution required. Select one zip code or the entire country.

Commitment: 12-Month Sponsorship ensures category exclusivity for your business. (6-Month Trial program does not include this exclusivity)

Payment:  Monthly invoice – pay by check or with any credit card/debit card. All major cards accepted. 

Monthly Cost:  Monthly cost depends on new mover counts in your specific target mailing area & any of the optional features you selected to meet your business needs.  We have sponsors who spend as little as $40 per month to welcome new neighbors into their zip code.
